After downloading the plugin , simple copy the file ReSurface.hxt into the HXT directory your desired A:M installation . The plugin was originally designed as a working relief for me, and therefor raises far no claim to completeness or accuracy, however it is freeware .
|distance to surface||distance to keeps the moved cp's away from the hitting surface, can be also a negative value , but not 0 , in this case the diastance is changed to 1e-30|
|maximum collision distance||the maximum distance , for which is searched a intersection , a good value for a cylinder as example is the radius for the cylinder, if the value is to high and no other surface is hitted before it can come to a selfintersection|
|work with reversed normal||the normal behavior for this plugin is to work with the reversed normals from the selected patches/model (for the reason of same behavior for splinerings/cp's with no patches), if the plugin should search for intersection surfaces in the direction where the normals pointing (as shown with Shift-1) activate this checkbox|
|animated CP's||only avaible , when the plugin is started from a choreography|
if this checkbox is NOT checked , the source model self is changed .
if this checkbox is checked the plugin animates the cp's from the source model for each choreography frame (this can be used than as action)
